Born and raised in Los Angeles, Joe attended the University of Southern California, where he studied economics, real estate law, and marketing. His career began in business news writing, followed by a role in tech sales at Oracle, where he sold HR software to large corporations. Recently relocating to Wayne, PA, Joe brings a fresh California perspective and a passion for real estate, architecture, and investing to the Philadelphia market. He is also gaining hands-on experience renovating his own home in Wayne, deepening his understanding of the local community and schools, which were a major draw for his move.
In addition to his real estate expertise, Joe is an avid real estate investor, holding stakes in three multi-family buildings in downtown Los Angeles through limited partnerships. Outside of work, Joe and his wife, Alexa, enjoy life in Wayne with their puppy, Ruby. A sports enthusiast, Joe has visited 26 MLB stadiums and aims to visit them all.
